Back at it!
Got back at it this morning! Did 3 miles on the dreadmill at a pretty good pace. I plan to do a speed workout tommorrow with some more pace intervals and maybe some core work if time permits.
The weather forecast is looking better so I may get to run outside Thursday!

sounds like you're wanting to make up for the light week. I'm planning on being in Tupelo Saturday and I'm planning on running somewhere between 8 and 12 miles. Email me if you have a good 4 or 5 mile loop and if you want to join me for a run. jghamlin@southernco.com or jhambham@charter.net
